Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reading Commercial Lease and Sale Agreement and to figure out the Rental terms and details from the agreement and input to the system. Rental terms will be like the name of the Licensor, Licensee, Complex Name, Area of the unit, Lease Period (Duration), Lockin Period, Monthly Rental with escalation clause Security Deposit, Common Area Maintenance Charges & Payee , Property Tax Charges & Payee and other necessary details.
