Senior SEO Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth strategy, optimize our digital presence, and position CRE Matrix as the go-to platform for real estate analytics.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic for CRE Matrix’s website and digital assets.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to target high-intent search queries in the commercial real estate (CRE) and PropTech space.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure to enhance search rankings.
• Lead off-page SEO efforts, including strategic link-building, digital PR, and outreach to relevant industry websites, forums, and directories.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to optimize website performance, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
• Work closely with content teams to develop and optimize blog posts, reports, and data insights for SEO-driven organic traffic.
• Enhance local SEO performance by optimizing Google Business Profile and increasing visibility in relevant geographic markets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and real estate industry trends to continuously refine SEO strategies.
• Implement AI-driven and automation tools to streamline SEO efforts and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure SEO aligns with business goals.

Skills Required

• 3-4 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on PropTech, SaaS, FinTech, or data-driven platforms (preferred).
• Proven track record of SEO success in B2B or enterprise-level businesses.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Data Studio.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate SEO data into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.
