Valuation Manager - Land & Building

Job Description

The Valuation Manager will be responsible for business development and managing and conducting valuations, analysing market trends, preparing valuation reports, and liaising with clients and other professionals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client’s relationships.
• Responsible for building, leading and directing the business development function to ensure regular revenue achievement and significant opportunity growth in conjunction with the company’s strategic plan.
• Ensuring the registration of the firm with various banks & Financial Institutions for Valuation Services/ Lenders Independent Engineers/ Techno Economic Viability etc.
• Preparation of Valuation Reports for Land & Building Assets from Information Received

Skills Required

• Has established relationships with Banks on Valuations
• Expert understanding of market trends and analysis
• An ability to prepare accurate valuation reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
