Grade A India Warehousing Report of Q4 CY'23

The warehousing demand in India continues to surpass supply in this segment and as a result, rentals have increased by 7% in Q4 CY’23. The demand for warehousing in Pune and MMR have experienced a historic high during CY’23 and exhibited a growth rate (CAGR) of 24% and 18% respectively during CY’18 - CY’23. The manufacturing sector was the highest contributor to warehousing demand contributing 28% to the overall leasing in CY’23.
