CRE Matrix and CREDAI Pune Metro present the Pune Housing Report for September 2024, highlighting a significant 36% rise in housing sales volumes from H1 2019 to H1 2024, with 44,000 units sold—the highest among Indian metro cities. The total value of semi-annual housing sales doubled from ₹15,000 crores in H1 2019 to ₹31,000 crores in H1 2024. The average home value in Pune increased by 39% to ₹71 lakhs in H1 2024, compared to CY 2020. Notably, there was a 357% surge in sales of flats priced between ₹1 crore and ₹2 crores from H1 2021 to H1 2024. North West Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad emerged as key growth areas driving this robust performance.
