Hyderabad Housing Report - Jan'25

CRE Matrix and CREDAI Hyderabad are excited to share the Hyderabad Housing Report for Q4 CY'24. Key insights reveal a 22% decline in home sales, with 16,644 homes sold, and a 9% decrease in the total value of sales, amounting to ₹30,924 Cr. New launches saw a significant dip, with only 11,081 units introduced, a 50% drop from the previous year. However, the average ticket size increased by 17%, reflecting a shift towards more premium properties. On a positive note, unsold inventory decreased by 14%, dropping to 1,04,778 units. The South West region led in price growth, with a notable 15% appreciation.
