    We study the local real estate market, including supply and demand factors, to determine the most profitable use for the property.     TEV Study

    RAW TEV study measure market risk, regulatory risk and financial risk of a project. Techno Economic Viability (TEV) study of a project consists of evaluation of a project from a technical and financial standpoint, with relevant data about its technological feasibility and economic viability, into one or a few criteria on the basis of which the project is recommended for selection, modification or rejection.
